Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from USA Cartex. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to make sure your purchase is just right.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
It is unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
It is in its original packaging.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, contact us at service@usacartex.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: [Your Return Address Here]. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. Contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

For a faster exchange process, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union Returns:
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
